Tickets
Tickets are £3 and will be available from January 2014 from the school or the Post Office. The ticket price includes a drink and nibbles.
Doors will open at 7:30pm and the auction will start at 8pm prompt.
The Auction
Don’t worry if you have never been to an auction before, it really is very easy to bid! Each person will be given a bidding number on arrival and our professional auctioneer, Gavin Loynes, will explain how the bidding process will work.
Payment
Payment will be taken at the end of the evening. We will accept payment by cash or cheque only. Cheques should be made payable to Friends of Hartpury School.
We do hope you can join us for a great evening in aid of a worthy cause. We have purposefully kept the ticket prices low to encourage lots of bids for our fantastic promises!
A bar will be open throughout the auction!
